I am very unhappy with my interactions with this store. I went in January and purchased 2 chairs. One was in stock and the other was on order and supposed to be there in a few weeks. We went ahead and paid for both chairs and took the one home. within 2 days I received a call that the chair would be delayed. Told they were waiting on an electrical part. Should be end of Feb. I thought it was already on it's way? Then it was delayed again told waiting on Leather..probably end of March or April. Went in again and was told oh its delayed waiting on Leather and its in line to be made should be Middle of May. Again thought this was already made/on its way? Called yesterday and told it still hasn't been made but its in production and should be sent to distribution the end of the month we think. So at this point I said never mind I just want my money back. To which I was told I would have to speak with a Manager. Asked to speak to a manager and she wasn't available and would call me back. Never did. Sales rep called me back today and offered me $75 off to which I said I just want my money back and again was told I needed to speak to manager. Again she wasn't available, told probably too busy to get back to me today. I waited 2 hours and went to store. That was soo busy there where 3 sales reps sitting around chitchatting about what another sales rep was doing. Manager came and told me that returning my money wasn't their policy. I was never told this in the beginning or any of the other times I checked on this chair. Stated she would have to take it to someone Higher up, and they aren't available on the weekends. Which is why I called yesterday on a weekday. Response: well it took them all day to find out the status of the chair. Wrong it took her less than a half and hour to call me back with supposed estimate date of end of month and I asked to speak to management about getting my money back at that time and was told she wasn't available and would have to call me back. So I was told it would be taken to the next level and I would be contacted back on Monday. At this point I give this store 0 stars. I still love Lazy-boy which is why I specifically went to this store that is supposed to be so great to work with. At this point I have no chair and no Money??? How...

We wanted to see the furniture and try it out first. Everyone in this store was nice. Carrie was our sales clerk, and was wonderful! Not pushy at all, gave us time to look and yet was available to help without being overpowering. We took 3-4 hours picking out a couch and 2 chairs. She was patient, answering all of our questions. I highly recommend this store!! UPDATED I HAD to check, and re-check over 9 months from the PROMISED 4 months to have the couch. The store NEVER contacted me with updates. No apologies or contact, nothing FROM them . Finally a apology AFTER I complained. Given excuses excuses excuses. Refused to refund my money. I was NEVER told that could happen. If it was in the fine print i missed it. Blaming everything on covid. Really? So no one can contact me EVER from your store because of covid? Blamed that the original sales person moved so that was why I wasn't contacted. Really? So when she left the store no one took over her people/sales? Excuses after excuses. When ever I went in or called, they are to make a note of that on my account. NO ONE ever did. No updates from them. For the huge amount I spent in here, I had terrible service after purchasing the item. They are all nice up until you buy it. Then they drop the ball and don't care. Furniture is great....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey were two months late delivering my $7k sectional. Only compensation (after arguing that this was worth SOMETHING) was they "gave" me free delivery. This piece gets only very gentle use. After 10 months, one of the legs fell off/bent. turns out there was only one screw holding it in place, remaining screws were never installed. Just sat crooked (broken in the middle of the sofa) for five weeks until they could get out to fix it. Then, the first time we went to use the hide-a-bed, three of the rivets fell out and the bed fell apart. I called the store, while not very helpful (all they do at the store is take your money, you're on your own after that, trust me) they did at least give me a phone number to call. When I called that service number I was informed that they would replace the bed portion, but it would take at least two weeks to get the part. I explained that i couldn't hardly get the bed put back into the sofa but I would do my best. I was told to cover it with a blanket in the meantime so that the cushions wouldn't tear. This is all within the first year of owning the piece. I was told I was fortunate because my one year on parts is up tomorrow. Great experience. Like we will ever by La-Z-Boy or even from Klopfenstein's ever again. Product was horrible. Only thing worse was the sales floor...
