I wish I would have the option for NO star, stopped there to get service and got new android based phones on May12th and went back to return for apple on 26th on day 14th, two people sitting there clearly refused to return, I called Verizon CC , they said yes it’s under 14 days, Orion McCormack and Travis Handerson now kept saying may12 is day 1 so I missed the 14 days window, Verizon CC is agreed with me, while they were pushing them for return, now these two guys came up with another excuse that device has scratched, but not a single scratch on em. so I clearly made a video and took pictures from both devices along with email sending to Verizon district manger, if your policy is NO RETURN AFTER PURCHASE, why even misleading the customers, CC SAID I picked the Verizon retailer store NOT the Verizon owned store! So it’s completely my fault, they make their own rules, ,,, Highly recommend to go to Verizon next to Target much better and more honorable for customers...
Read moreThis Verizon Store by Scott Road was SO helpful this morning after trying another store in the area that brushed me off as not knowing what I was talking about! If you really want help go here!!! The area manager sat down looked at what I was telling him and helped me get the sync that I needed! They even called Apple and talked to them on my behalf because everything on the phone was correct but could not get the sync to work either!! EVENTUALLY the problem got resolved so if you want real customer service…… GO HERE!! ALSO!!! another person that had been to another store also came in with an issue….. another store told him he had to buy a SIM CARD for his phone so he did….. which messed up his replacement phone….. this store removed the SIMcard and it worked fine because it had an electronic SIM already in the phone!! This store told him to go back to the other store and return the card and get his money back!!! They saved...
Read moreWe walked into this store Fall of 2021 to trade-in both my phone and my husbands. We sat down with Lindsay, who was super knowledgeable, quick and efficient with our time. We ordered our new phones and when we got them in the mail we went back to the store to get all of our information transferred over. Again, Lindsay was able to answer all of our questions and I had expressed concerns with the trade in credit applying correctly to my account that is shared with my family. She provided us with her number so we could call/ text her with any billing concerns we may experience with the trade in. I reached out to her Feb/March 2022 and May 2022, where she then was able to resolve my issues quickly both times. This saved me hours of time going into the store or dreadful calls to customer service. We will always continue to work with Lindsay out of this store...
