My children and I went to this place and of course by the rating had a terrible experience. I contacted the manager the very next day to explain why I had an unpleasant experience and why we weren’t satisfied with the food. He told me that he was going to have the owner contact me several times I called for over two weeks and never heard back from the owner and left messages and spoke to the manager several times For him to inform me over and over again that the owner would not contact me due to his lack of English communication. I wasn’t satisfied for a small portion of the food that I was requesting a refund for and they refuse to give it to me. Not only did they refuse a refund for a portion of the bill but he explained to me that I didn’t have good customer relatable skills considering I contacted them very next day and explained I should have told them immediately while I was there. I explained I didn’t want to do that considering I had my children with me and I didn’t understand why I needed a timeframe in order to explain why their food wasn’t up to par. He was extremely rude and continued to talk over me and tell me that he would refuse a refund and will not allow me to speak to the owner. This establishment is not only overpriced but their food is not any good. Don’t waste your time or your money. If an owner is not willing to contact you back that says a lot about their establishment.
