Avoid this Walgreen's Pharmacy, unless you enjoy being lied to/gaslit. Earlier today, I was texted that my prescription was ready to pick up. I arrive, only to be told that it was, in fact, not ready and to come back after lunch. Why even bother sending the text to begin with at that time? Why not wait until it can be, you know, actually filled? After that waste of time, the Pharmacist calls me and says to come back tomorrow, and "maybe" they can fill it. This is the second time this whole "process" has happened to me in a month's time (silly me). The icing on the cake, however, was the receptionist gaslighting me by stating that the previous month, I had paid twice as much for the script to be filled. "I have it right here on the computer screen", she reassures me after I challenged her on this (as I did not have the receipt to hand). Nevermind the obligation to the GoodRX contracted price, but upon returning home, I find that she was, in fact lying to my face. Great news, however! She is willing to fill my prescription sometime in the next week/year or 5 and that it would be for an absurdly high cost of FOUR TIMES the contractually agreed upon price. Thank you!

We never use their pharmacy because it costs about 4x as much for the same medications at other pharmacies, however this is one of few that flavors medications for children. We had been getting medication filled at another pharmacy and flavored here for 4 months with no issues. When we went for the 5th month, the pharmacist tech refused to so it so I asked to speak with a manager who was flat out rude from the get go. Basically called me a liar stating they have never flavored another pharmacy's medication. Long story short I had to have him pulled up a card transaction from a month prior to prove to him I am not a liar. He refused to do anything to help one last time since I already filled the medication and couldn't fill it again. I asked for a store manager afterwards to let her know my displeasure and she was ignorant and unhelpful. I will NEVER return to this pathetic excuse of a store. No wonder they charge more for prescriptions for the same medications/insurance - they have to make up for their abhorrent service that keeps more...
Read moreOn 09/07/2025, I ordered an urgent medication for my elderly mother through Walgreens.com. The prescription clearly showed that it was valid until 09/12/2025, with “3 refills available until 09/12/25 – Expires: 09/12/2025.”
Despite this, the order was never processed by this store. When I called on 09/08/2025 to check the status, I was told the prescription had expired, and the representative abruptly hung up on me. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
