This was our first time to Naked Tchopstix.

Our server was Sonya, and she was terrific. She answered all of our questions and checked on our table quite often.

We both ordered bento boxes...the Bagogi and the Spicy Chicken.

When they arrived the temperature was ok. It seemed like the meat had not been cooked right then and there, it was closer to room temperature than freshly cooked. The flavor was good.

The boxes came with soup, a simple salad, broccoli & and sliced carrots, rice, 2 pieces of California rolls, 1 crab Rangoon, 1 spring roll, and 2 two pot stickers. Overall it was good. I thought the broccoli and carrots were very undercooked. My wife enjoyed the crab Rangoon, which she doesn't normally like and she said the California rolls were good.

Neither of us enjoyed the soup. The spicy egg & spinach was thicker than my wife expected. I had the Miso, which I haven't ever had. I did not enjoy the flavor.

We very much enjoyed the look of the restaurant. We thought the music choice was odd, 80's & country music, though it at was a nice volume.

Overall the food was good. If we are invited to go with someone we would go back, though we probably wont go...

Restaurant review Although the parking lot was empty on a Sunday night, I was pleasantly surprised by our recent dinner at this establishment. As noted, I have tried other sushi restaurants around town and clearly, there is one that is my favorite. I selected the mixed nigiri set with a roll. They get a 5 star for amazing plating of the food, but the fish and price do not match the quality of another restaurant in town. I was surprised that one of the nigiri pieces was a smoked salmon, there was also imitation crab meat, tamago, and shrimp with only three pieces of true sushi. My son's bento box was great loaded with a variety of fried app items, however, the teriyaki sauce on the chicken was quite thick. The manager was super friendly and even came over to introduce himself. He mentioned that the Korean food is amazing here and we have not found a go-to Korean restaurant yet so we will be back for round two.

Pros: friendly staff, large parking lot, plating of food is a work of art

Cons: borderline prices, low foot traffic in a sushi restaurant is always concerning

Hidden deals: Cheap lunch time deals, check there...

My family went there and here is my experience there. Food: The food was fast and hot, so I know that it was not sitting under a heat lamp. It tasted good too, I will say that it tasted similar to other places I've been too but that is to be expected. Service: At first our server was attentive to things we needed. We requested the appetizer come out the same time as the food but they brought it out first anyway. Not a big deal. Once the food got out tho, we didn't see them again until they dropped the check off. I had to at one point get up and get a pitcher off the counter to refill our waters. Additional: when we were ready to pay none of the employees were available. I went up to the hostess stand and no one was there. After a couple minutes our server returned and took our check and processed our payment. As we were leaving my wife said that she felt like bugs were crawling on her feet. When she got outside where there was more light we could visibly see bug bites on her foot. She went back in to tell the hostess and they asked what booth she was in. I did not expect them to do anything at that point in time anyhow.

We have eaten here 2 times. Once many years ago and once the other night with some friends who wanted to try it. This is the kind of place you go to with the office gang so everyone can find something they will eat but sushi style. Everything is a little bit off/not quite right as far as the intended cuisine. The bulgogi is very thick cut and overly sweet, the Korean soup is just spicy and not flavorful with very chewy beef mixed in, and the sushi is a lot of sauce not alot of fish. Our friends had also gotten a chicken katsu that was overcooked chicken breast. When asked how it was they just shook their head in a fast no motion. Lastly was a seared tuna app that she described as "frozen to heat" texture. Very watery and flavorless. Service is fine. Noting steller and nothing bad. The verdict on this place is pass. For the price it's just too off to enjoy.

I was on Fort Wayne for a work trip and there want much in the area but this was right next tour hotel. I made two visits during my stay. 1st visit: I met Autumn at the counter and ordered take out. She was so sweet, friendly, and provided good recommendations. I ordered the General Tsos Chicken and the Playboy Roll. The Playboy roll was amazing. The General Tsos Chicken with Fried Rice was decent and just like any other restaurant. The Fried Rice was very good. 2nd Visit: I met Katie at the counter and ordered take out. She was very nice and polite, and provided great recommendations. I ordered the Crab Rangoons, Mongolian Beef, and the Playboy Roll. The Crab Rangoons and the Mongolian Beef was an improvement on the General Tsos Chicken from the day before. I ate lunch in the hotel lobby and a couple people commented on how good the food smelled.
