What a disappointment! We placed our order for 8 dining room chairs and 10 barstools February 2022. We were told it would be 90 days. We were willing to wait and willing to work with John on current shipping challenges. Followed up at 60 days, told another 90 days. Followed up at 90 days and was told our order was "ready". We were given 15 email images to choose from and then told to take away 4 of those that were already sold leaving 11 images to choose from for the 10 stools we ordered. When I emailed John indicating the 6 color patterns chosen and I could wait for the remainder he immediately called and started the conversation with "THIS ISN'T GARANIMALS". I don't know if he thinks he is funny or just that full of himself. He has a lackadaisical attitude and apparently he does not need my business or yours! ...

We were lucky to find John Proffitt after nearly a year of searching for dining chairs. We couldn’t find anything locally. Online shopping had become overwhelming, and we weren’t confident in the quality of most retailers.

When our order was ready, John sent us pictures of various chairs so we could pick the perfect set. This was unexpected and extremely welcome. I can't say enough good things about John Proffitt and his products. We purchased 7 Classic Cowhide Chairs and 2 Barley Twist bar height barstools and every single piece is outstanding! They are well made, beautiful and comfortable.

The communication from John was excellent, he sent pictures of the actual pieces from which we chose and we received those exact items.

Everything was packaged extremely well and we were very impressed with the delivery.

Start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend John Proffitt and his furniture and would not hesitate to purchase more from him...
