This is to express the disrespectful, dissatisfaction and displeasure I received in customer service when i went to this store Friday around 6am. I went thru the the drive thru as i was doing for week and all was well until I order the exact thing each day i gave the same request at the drive thru each day and got it until yesterday morning. I got to the window , got my order it did not feel right,so i looked and it wasn't what specificallysaid,ughhhh. He then said its company policy that we don't serve stuff wrapped. I was flabbergasted and explained I've been here each morning this week and had my banana bread in the wrapper to avoid it getting hard , he continued to go on and on . I asked to speak to a manager, he left came back with no one and the banana bread in a wrapped and shoved it in my hand as if i was a bothered to him as if i just begged him for what i paid for. It was unsettling and irate so i decided to return and go inside to speak to management.. spoke to manager and she was awesome, the way she handled the complaint was professionally done....

Today I came through the drive through. I ordered a flat white and didn’t even notice that she gave me the wrong coffee. I went all the way back, even knowing that it was going to make me late to work because I paid seven dollars for this coffee.
When I got back, I made them aware and the girl at the drive-through said oh he’s at the flat light that was sitting there and laughed it off. I then sat there for 10 minutes continuously watching them make coffees for other people as if I’m not Already late to work.
I asked for the manager and nobody came. I asked twice if they were making my coffee. I’m 15 minutes late To work and everyone is just laughing it off like it’s nothing. This is a seven dollar coffee. I won’t be returning, which is really disappointing because Up until this day, I’ve had a good...
Read moreYou’ve been open about 2 months now. This was my first and last experience at this store. I waited in drive thru after ordering a simple coffee and blueberry muffin. I wait 20 minutes to get from ordering spot to paying window. Once there the girl charges my card, hands me my drink (spilt with no stopper) and then tells me they’re out of muffins. I ask well what are my alternatives, “oh anything from the bakery.” I said, so I ordered back there, waited 20 minutes, you charge me and then tell me you don’t have what I paid for?
