I donât usually bother with reviews. I know times are tough and staff is short everywhere.
However- worst experience today. I tried to be patient and gracious- truly did.
I went and ordered a #10 crispy- well done. With tots and a cranberry juice. I asked them to include a lot of ketchup snd salt with my order.
I ordered around 2:00 and received my food at 2:19. It was clocked out on the screen as being delivered though, at 2:10.
Still, I was kind and patient and tipped my carhop $2. I opened my bag and there was no ketchup- so I kindly asked the carhop to bring me âa ridiculous amount of ketchupâ and he said he would be right back.
I, again tried to be patient because he seemed tired.
5 minutes passed snd I pushed the button to ask again for ketchup. (Mind you there were only 3 other cars there). It took them 3 minutes to even answer the button for the ketchup. (The girl who brought my ketchup was VERY kind and apologetic. )
So now- my $11+2tip food- is cold. I paid 13$ for cold food. But whatever.
I open my chicken sandwich, snd itâs got about 4 shreds of lettuce on it, one of which - has a hard dark brown center- I removed the lettuce and tried to cut my sandwich in half to eat it, and it was rubber.
So- To recap- I waited forever. Didnât get what I had asked for. Received cold food. And then it was inedible.
Oh and I didnât get a receipt so awesome. Just not a good day...
   Read moreToday I placed an order online and it got messed up. I didnât leave yet because this has happened in the past. I was treated with the utmost amount of disrespect and lied to and he refused to give me what was missing from my order. Called for the manager and no help just attitude. I called corporate and am awaiting a call back from their superiors. This experience was so awful I will not be coming back to sonic for a very long time and this location is down the road from my house but I will NEVER give this store my business ever again. Customer service is awful the employees and manager is rude and not helpful. I would not waste your time or money at this location specifically.
Edited to add- Clearly thereâs an issue with this location after I went through other reviews. I wasnât going to say his name but others have an issue with the same person Paul was whom brought my order to me as well and he was just rude and has no business working in the customer service industry. Clearly management isnât doing anything about it and is tolerating this behavior and lack of service towards customers. But also management themselves have an opportunity with their customer service as well. This location needs higher ups to come in here and set this place straight and start with sending your managers to some training.    Read moreWORST SONIC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! There were multiple employees present, but it seems as though only one person was actually working. One carhop was tending to various vehicles and trying her best. There were multiple employees inside standing around. The first time I put in my order, it was brought out wrong. The second time I put in my order, it was brought out right, but missing an item. The item was a chicken strip sandwich. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes for that to come out of the kitchen after I informed that it was missing. I then asked for mustard and the carhop said she would bring it right out. Waited 10 minutes, nothing as she continuously passed my car. I rang in asking for mustard and the lady on the mic said she would bring it right out. 10 more minutes pass then a different carhop ran mustard out to the wrong vehicle. I finally got out of the car and stood waiting by the door. When I reminded them I was still waiting, the carhop said "OH YEAH!" Then proceeded to give me two handfuls of mustard. I don't know if this was done to be funny, but it was wasteful and almost sarcastic. Very poor service. Every time I have stopped at this sonic it has been a disaster. Just drive a little bit further to the next sonic....
