Went into store to get the free pickle ball racket. I called first and they said they had some. When I got there I asked and showed the girl there my redeem screen on my phone, I was waiting 10 min just for it when she could of just handed it to me. I left and came back and she was gone I asked the guy there and he had an attitude like if I was asking him for something out of his pocket for free.I have never had to argue about something that is free, if they dnt want to give things away they shouldn't. I usually go to store on camp bowie and they are so nice there never any questions this guy asked me for my phone number just to verify that I had an account to give me something for free REALLY. THEY need to get rid of this guy idk if he's the owner or what but he needs better customer attitude. I will never...

I rate this place 5 stars only based on customer service as the street is a busy street once inside the customer service covers all else. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome.
