Park Place Nail Spa — Local services in Fort Worth

So I came in for a full set and pedicure around 3 and I know it’s the holiday and it’s busy I patiently waited for my turn… they sat me down on a pedicure chair I didn’t get helped until 3:47pm. It’s 4:43pm right now and This lady was going to do my full set. I show them what I want and they wanted to charge 85 dollars. Which is fine with me I’m paying for I want and all of sudden she picking nail polish and I honestly hate telling people how to do their job but I did tell her it’s not nail polish it’s acrylic and it’s MY FIRST TIME being here and she had a whole attitude and was like I know. So I honestly didn’t feel comfortable her doing my nails I’m not going to pay so much for someone not to give me what I want. What discourage me more was the person giving me a pedicure kinda chuckle and muttered something I couldn’t understand.! Tbh I will never come back to this facility.. I didn’t feel welcome nor was please with the service. ( the lady that was going to to do my service is tall thin had a blue plaid long shirt with a black collar shirt on top short hair blue jeans and black and white shoes) if I could give them no star I would but they unfortunately do not have...

I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one! They racial profile and if you’re not Caucasian you won’t get the same treatment. Soon as I went in they told me to sign in which I did and sat down. A few minutes later I was told to sit down on the pedicure chair and got handed the gel colors. Few minutes go by and the same lady that told me to sign in brings a customer and sits her next to me, instantly asks her if she likes something to drink and turns on her pedicure water. One of the nail techs shortly comes after and starts assisting her. I’m still sitting on the chair just with the gel colors for about 10 minutes, I just get up and walk out. I didn’t get stopped nor get asked what was going on. It’s a shame because as a business owner I treat everyone the same and wouldn’t make anyone...

Highly recommend! I am truly grateful for the service I have received over the last year as a customer of Park Place Nails. Prior to finding Park Place, I had several unpleasant experiences at local salons that forced me to take my business elsewhere. At Park Place they strive to know their customers, meet their needs, and maintain their business. The owners are always present, attentive, and personable. They genuinely care about their clients and the business they are running. Everyone at this location works tirelessly, and with a smile on their face. If anything isn't what I wanted or hoped for (which is rare) all I have to do is communicate this once and they are swift to correct the situation so that I leave satisfied. I won't be going...
