It was ok until friends of the people that was running it today got in free didn't pay there seven dollars plus as I was leaving they circled back around to get back on for free again these kids were young and l know they wouldn't pay seven dollars a piece. Not only that they didn't pay they didn't know how to ride that well being very reckless and no regards for other people . I have been here several times with no problems especially i knew the owners the Yoakums But what really made me mad today was that when they had us come in after the ride my grandson was at a stop and one of the kids barreled into the back of him causing his back to hurt (no brakes were applied at all) also when I was done I almost got hit as well that kid had to vear off to the right to avoid hitting me. I brought it up to the manager in charge Jose or Juan not sure but he acted like he didn't care and didn't do anything about it . I hope that something is done so that this wouldn't happen to someone else. Plus you lost a longtime customer. Thank you and if the Yoakums still run the place have Scott try to get in...
Read moreAttended with family for the first time. They are not young child-friendly. My husband and older kids were playing while me and our toddler ran through all of the courses in 10 minutes. We started again at #1 since my husband and other kids were actually playing and the employee came up to me and said we cannot restart. Clearly, they saw that my husband and kids were there. Mind you, there were no other customers playing and we had just gotten there and my toddler is very well behaved. I was appalled so I took him and we waited in the car until they finished. We will not be returning despite initial plans of riding the race carts after golfing. They will never get a $ from us again and I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I would strongly suggest consideration of customer experience by this establishment and I hope they learn that policing customers by implementing punitive rules is not a good business strategy. If you have small kids, save yourself from a bad experience and just...
Read morePoor service. I took my son's kart to their service center to be fixed. After not hearing from them for a month I tried calling several times. Each time I was met with either no answer, or being told that they didn't see any paperwork for my kart. I was also told that the person I needed to talk to was not there. I left a message, but never received a response. I then went in person, filled out new paperwork to have them fix my kart. Three more months of no contact I was able to go in person again and was told that they cannot fix it, and they would have called, but they lost the paperwork again. When I got my kart back it now had a flat tire that it didn't have before, and the missing paperwork was in the seat. The only thing that they could tell me is that they were sorry, and there is nothing that they can do. Do not trust this company with your go-kart repairs. It took them four months to return it in worse condition than when...
