Soboma African Food Store — Local services in Fort Worth

Not even a one star Way over priced and no good customer service went there and the lady sat down the whole time didn’t ask us did we want help but had the Bierce to ask was I American lady looked at my husband up and down like she had attitude I mean it was crazy that was none of her business which I did not respond We did not go there for that nonsense hello we are here to buy some things I told my husband that we will not buy from there that we should go where we normally go in Arlington but we thought we would try this location because it was not too far from out home but sometimes you have to go the distance for what you want and that includes better...

The worse African market I've been. The owner was very rude to me anytime I talk to her. Her items are overpriced and if you're not vigilant she'll inflate your bill. She does not open the store at times shown on google. You will have to call her on phone, wait for 30 minutes to 2 hours sometimes to buy just one item. I have stopped going to this shop. I now go to Arlington for my African food because I don't want anyone disrespecting me for spending my own money...

Owner leaves the store at random times making it difficult for customers to REALLY trust the hours of business posted on door. Sign on door displays open but door is locked with a sign and number to call her. Really? I don't normally care enough to leave reviews but this has happened more than once and is very frustrating esp because it's a waste of my gas and precious time. Just unprofessional!!!! Hopefully she can get it together and change this behavior...
