I have come many times now and they are great with pedicures 👍🏾. Tried dip with them for the first time 7/27. Today is 8/10 and it hasn't been two weeks. Nails lifting, several broken. They replaced one a few days ago for my.

My dip sets usually last me 3-4 weeks solid, no lifting or breaking.

Love the pedicures, but I might not get my hands done unless I try the man who sits in the chair. He appears to do good work.

++++++++++++ They do a pretty good job. It's clean, the people are kind, friendly, and attentive. I've been twice. The first time I enjoyed it and had no complaints. Received gel polish pedicure. My first appointment was a 5/5.

The second time, not so much. Massage was too soft, the woman used a the file drill to remove my gel polish from the previous pedicure instead of using actual gel polish remover. That affects the strength of my natural nail. Also, the woman kept the UV light on my toes for a long time before even painting them.

With everything going on in the media about UV lights possibly causing cancer, I was disappointed with her unnecessarily letting the light run on my unpolished toes as she worked on my other foot.

If I decide to return, I'll remove the gel polish myself prior to going, and I will not get the gel...

Where to begin! I came in to get a simple set for my wedding in a few days with a basic design. Nothing too complicated and I’ve come to this same salon for this same design and had zero issues. I had been growing out my nails for months and they were a great length but the tech immediately clipped all my nails and replaced them with tips without asking me and I repeatedly asked him to make them shorter but he refused. I showed him the picture of my design and while he started off ok I immediately noticed he wasn’t following the design and I asked him about it. He ignored me and continued on and by the second coat I asked him again when he was going to fix the design and he ignored me again. When it became clear he wasn’t going to do them right I told him this wasn’t what I wanted and he called someone else over to finish the design. She did an ok job but she did the design backwards and it doesn’t match the direction of the rest of my nails and doesn’t look like the reference I provided. Overall so disappointed and I will be going to a new salon to redo the work...

Joe & Michael were always accommodating no attitude’s and towards the customers. We were recent customers of Trinity Nail Spa..from time to time we were get cuts on our fingers (cuticles)…our nails were not smooth nor were they polished very well. My granddaughter’s Dip Powdered nails would only last about two weeks.. for the price we were paying that was going to work for us. My daughter and granddaughter were constantly complaining about being cut around their cuticles. The pictures that are posted on Fb and other social media platforms must be from other salons.. our nails have never looked that good, ever. We are now driving to Weatherford and the service is AWESOME and our nails look great. We are very pleased with the service and the move. The quality of service, atmosphere, and the technicians are amazing..when we enter into the establishment we are always greeted with a smile/hello and we’re very happy to see you guys.. so when we leave we are looking forward for our next appointment and we’re leaving with a smile.
