The experience here was horrible. The customer service was terrible and the workers were rude. The cashier threw the money in my hand and acted like he didnt even want to touch me. He didnt even give me a recipt, which was policy. (i Wrote down the date and time )He's attitude was rude entirely, I tried to ignore this and just assumed he was having a bad day and just waited for my pizza. I ended up waiting for almost an hour, I wanted to ask how long did they think it was going to take and I couldnt bring myself to because the workers were all giving me ugly looks and avoided me entirely. I couldnt shake the feeling something wasn't right with my pizza they way they were treating me, but I waited. I recieved my pizza and went on to my car but i couldnt bring myself to even keep it, the rude and completely unacceptable treatment i got here wasted my appetite. I went back in not 3 minutes later for a refund and the manager who was just standing their on his phone or doing whatever told me he wasnt going to do it without a recipt. I told him I just left not a minute ago and i saw him throw it in the trash not a foot away from him but he refused to get it. He refused he even had it, which was a lie. I mentioned i was going corporate and with an attitude he told us there wasnt one. Im still waiting for a response because i want my freaking money back! I WANT MY REFUND. I contacted corporate with no response yet. Not only this but little cesare is HEALTH HAZARD! NO ONES HANDS ARE FREAKING CLEAN! Cooking food with no gloves or hairnets or anything its disgusting. In every little cesares I always see a worker doing something nasty with there hands and then making the food. One girl had scratched her hair and wiped her nose and then used that same hand to put the cheese on the pizza. I even saw a guy digging his nose with a bundle of pepperoni in that same hand, i got this on camera.
im disgusted with little cesare and i refuse to buy pizza from their...
Read moreMyself and two other customers waited for a team member to help though there was a young man at the front but he was sitting down and on his phone. We didn’t think he worked there because he was visible, didn’t speak to us and when I called out a couple of times to the back he didn’t respond. His co worker came to the front after 5-10 minutes and helped us this is when we discovered the young man worked there. The co worker pointed out that we were waiting and the young man appeared surprised which was crazy because how did he not hear or see us. Both times I have visited the same young man is sitting down on his phone. Honestly thought he was the co workers sibling as the co worker is the only one working when I have arrived. The co worker is slim, has locks/braids which are shaped in a bowl shape and cover his eyes and is African American on this day he was wearing a white shirt. I want to give him credit for helping both times. I recommend uniforms and name tags too.
I placed my order and had to wait another 10-15 minutes but the co worker was helpful and made sure the order was correct.
The food was good but don’t expect great customer service.
It is not cheap, customer service is poor and unless you order ahead the wait time is long.
The food was good.
I recommend visiting another location but if you must visit this location I hope you have a...
Read moreLast night I had visited your location at 2977 Precinct Line Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76118. I ordered off my phone and sat outside waiting for it to be prepared. I walked in earlier before it was finished and as I waited I notice the kid up front was handling cash transactions, messing with his phone and also cutting the pizza's without washing his hands in between. He did acknowledge me and told me my order wasn't ready when I came in (so it wasn't my pizza he was cutting) but I asked him to wash his hands and equipment before touching my food which he did so and you can see him doing it in the picture. he had a lot of free time, during this free time he had talked to the woman that was in the corner on her phone (guessing that she was off the clock because she did not have anything that look like a uniform on) but then she handed the boy a vape pen. The boy stood behind the oven, which has glass windows on both sides (how I saw him) and began to smoke the vape pen. Even as he stepped away from the ovens gave the girl back here vape pen and he blew the smoke out in front of me. No one should be smoking in the building nevertheless in the kitchen! All employees should know this and also proper cleaning and cleansing procedures. I just hope the older gentleman in the back washed his hands when making my order. This really had...
