If I could give ZERO STARS, I would!!!!! Saturday afternoon we put in an order, for us to pick up on the way home from soccer practice. Once we went into the store. The man working stated he never got our order. We asked if we could get a refund and was told no. That we had to call our credit card company and get it taken off. I know this was false! But I called and was told that we cannot cancel the payment that was taken out, the company Subway would need to cancel it. Once we stated that the worker didn’t want to believe us and when he said he could not cancel the order because he never got the order. To give it 24hours and we would be reimbursed. Which we were not reimbursed. I called the number the worker gave to us and it’s the same number which is a cell phone number online and nothing. I called again on Monday morning and had to leave a voicemail. It is funny how we showed the worker the order from the online app and showed the money came out of the account and he still didn’t try to help the situation. He did state he was the manager but I find it hard to believe he was the manager. You need an IT company to fix your orders for online! Or out this company is not taking online orders. Your worker/manager stated he didn’t even have the items to make the sandwich, so did you get the order and didn’t want to fill it. Read moreI should have listened to the reviews. The person working I assume the owner given he’s wearing a sweater from a subway convention was making my sandwich. First thing I noticed hey blocked the chairs to the restroom saying there’s a leak….. okay I’ll give you that….. I ask for steak and cheese sandwich he says we’re out of steak…. Okay I’ll give you that one too….. he asked if I wanted it toasted he put it in the toaster for like 5 seconds …. Thought was weird but whatever I’m sure it got hot…. I noticed the lights were off…. And he said yeah I just noticed that tooo…. I can tell this guy is so cheap he’s and cutting costs left and right and didn’t even want to put in my sandwich for an appropriate time to get it warm.
I run multiple businesses and I’ve had to cut back on something’s but this is ridiculous

Read moreLiterally the worst subway ever. I've been to this one several times because it's the closest to my house and the service is just terrible. I walked in today and there was a young woman behind the counter and a tall young man who wasn't in uniform in the dining area. He went to the kitchen part, which I thought was weird since he wasn't in a uniform. The young woman didn't even greet me, I waited 30 seconds and nothing, she didn't even acknowledge my presence. I walked out and went next door to Tom's Asian Bistro. This isn't the first time I've been displeased by this subway because they never put the right amount of veggies (they're stingy because they only put 2 tomatoes and 2 cucumbers when it's supposed to be 3. Half the time they don't have spinach. This is the last time I go to this subway. I'd rather go to the one by Target...
