Most of the time they're really helpful in this place pretty friendly and they've literally bent over backwards to help me and I do appreciate that they didn't have to to help me the way they have going above and beyond the call of duty for a nickel and dime hardware store. However, I had placed a special order a pair of mud boots size 15 (hard to find anywhere), and when the boots came in they weren't the right boots they were size (14 instead of what I ordered which was size 15) so it's squishing my toes now - ouch!! painfully uncomfortable. Other than that I recommend this place they are the sweetest thang ya'll come back now ya...

The ladies at the counter aren't exactly helpful,you really have to go find them to get answers or help...I however really like true value! Reason being is the owners are life long locals and are truly very kind an honest folks! They will do anything they can to help,with anything you need! If they can order it for you they will...They don't try to charge you an arm and a leg,prices...

Even though the store items are dated and shelves are half stocked , I still decided to buy what I needed for a home remodel . The lady working the register has another lady come out and follow us around like we were going to try and steal something . Worst customer service I've encountered in a very long time .
