Signature Organic Coffee — Restaurant in Fortuna

I love signature. The drinks are consistent, always made perfectly using only high quality ingredients. They serve 5 different blends of drip coffee(hot+iced), hot chocolate, matcha, chai, and Yerba mate. NO ESPRESSO. Milk alternatives are available, as well as coffee ice cubes. They are usually stocked with a few quick bite options including scones, croissants and some other snacks. There is also a fridge with miscellaneous decaf cold drinks. I come here weekly to grab my coffee beans for home. The beans are all roasted in house. Almost all of the blends offered are organic or fair trade. I went in there the lady at the counter was extremely rude! So I won't go back in there! It was totally uncalled for! I was asked by a friend to stop and pick up a blueberry bacon scone for them and when I got there I couldn't remember "scone", I remembered "blueberry bacon"I knew that the gentleman that made the scones actually delivered to them as I explained to her! What’s find! The in-store roasted & ground beans was so evident in the quality coffee flavor - so delicious and smooth.
