Bottom line, good face to face interactions but buyer beware of mechanical condition The plusses; staff showed a helpful demeanor to process sale. The overwhelming upsetting part; the vehicle purchased proved to have mechanical issues covered up and not disclosed. The highlights being an incomplete emissions system (gutted dpf on a diesel being sold as an "inspection ready"/"work ready truck" and a charge for "cleaning the dpf" on work done-- proving they knew and insinuating dpf was functional-- but sold it (outside of federal compliance), CEL and computer issues within miles of the dealership, rocker panels rusted through but stuffed with paper then Bondo and spray painted over to hide it (fixing them properly would've taken about as much time), reportedly new parking brake shoes that were not adjusted at all and even one of the assemblies broken, missing covers to fuses boxes and reservoirs, over all poor workmanship on work that was completed (missing covers, obviously recent damage to parts from sloppy tool use) and a laundry list of little things that any reputable seller would have remedied before selling. The vehicle purchased has been slowly repaired into a working truck but when sold as work ready it was far from it.

Maybe I got a one off from them as the title showed they'd had the vehicle for 3 years and put less than 100 miles on it (??) but very dissapointed by the quality of mechanical work done and obvious hiding of issues (that rocker panel patch job defines the typical used...

I have to say I am very impressed with the professionalism and integrity these guys have. People are often thrown off by small, local used car dealerships, with good reason. From my initial phone conversation with Russell, to the final signature on the 2013 Ford F150 I purchased, I felt as if I were the only customer that mattered. They gave me a very reasonable offer on my trade in and had no issues negotiating some of the smaller issues such as worn tires.
