My family and I have been out shopping all day and doing chores (groceries and putting them away, the usual) and we stopped at Subway last-minute. When we went through the drive thru, the man taking our order was extremely monotone, and when we got to our fourth sandwich he bluntly asked us how many we were ordering. When we pulled up to the window, one of the workers made it very obvious that he was not happy as he started throwing his arms around in the air while turned to another employee making our food, this scene was in front of the window where it was visible. He also ended up throwing one of our sandwiches on the other side of the table. It was not the most nice thing to do to pull in almost last minute, but in all fairness I’ve experienced people coming in late during my work and I have become annoyed, but it is no excuse to direct that attitude to the costumer. People are less inclined to wait when they're in their car using their fuel. When I went recently, the staff informed me that they only had two bread types at the moment.
