Same old bad tow story Call this morning around 5 am and request service .They said nobody available until 7:30-8:00 am We said the truck may need to be towed.They went with the service truck and said they need to tow the truck into the shop. We told them the truck its under a load and need to be back on the road asap.They said they will update us on the diagnostic. We call around 12:30 and they said they just made it back with the trailer ( truck and trailer was 15 miles away from them) and thy are gonna start working on the truck.Calll them after 2 hours no answer call our driver and came to find out nobody was working on the truck.After 2 more hours got ahold of them they wore on another job but said they are ready to work on the truck. After 2 hours they said the starter its bad and they need aproval to change We gave them the ok.After 2 hours they call with the bill 2,390.72. We said that 1,800.00 its resonabile for the type job that they performed but they said its 2,390.72 its ok for what they've done. I wand to make sure everybody see this 15 miles away tow for truck and trailer diagnose and change a starter 2,390.72 YOU BE THE JUDGE OF THIS COMPANY.Stay safe...

I called O&D Garage earlier today and told Brandon who is the owner, what was going on with my truck. He was very knowledgeable and concerned he said they would get right on it. Dylan showed up with in the hour or less! He assessed the situation and went and got the part needed. He took the dash covers off changed out the valve to fix the problem. This place is in the northeast with more than reasonable and fair! prices, I highly recommend them! For you people who have them a 1 star review. I’m glad they responded to you the way I would have to. Before you give a company a bad review. No what you are taking about Not mentioning names RV owner. Why would you think you get to jump ahead of others The driver who received quote on parts and did not mention. Labor or taxes are you kidding me. How long have you been trucking The person who wanted to report y’all to the better business. Seriously have you ever checked other prices ! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — not even by mistake. First of all, who the hell do these people think they are, talking to me like we’re best friends? Cursing left and right, crossing serious boundaries, and even putting their hands where NO ONE should ever touch me. Completely disgusting and unprofessional. And don’t even get me started on the so-called “service.” All they did was take a part off my truck, drag it to their shop, mess around for maybe an hour, then had the audacity to charge me for THREE. What kind of scam is this? When I told them their prices were ridiculous, they actually threatened to tow my truck and even call the cops on me. Are you kidding me? That’s criminal behavior. And the boss? Useless. Doesn’t give a damn about anyone. I tried calling to speak with him like a normal person — and all he did was whine, make excuses, and then hang up on me. No accountability.
