Okay no ice threw the window is fine, I dont mind but when the lady is on her purple phone when she answers the window makes her seem like she dosent care and just dosent want to go get the lce. So I go in and she is still on her phone. Walk up the counter to pay for my cup of ice and stilllllll on her phone! Like it took her a second to realize I was there to pay for my stuff. Like get off your phone for five seconds and do your job. You seemed more focused on your phone then anything else. Also didnt have any customer service and wasnt even kind. She was just worried about her phone and who ever she was talking to or watching tic tok vidoes. Whatever it was wasnt a good look for the business. So long story short employees are phone focused and not customer focused....

There's one lady who works there pretty often I do believe she's part management or something, everytime I go in for a quick grab of drinks or other products she is usually the one working the days I go! Anyways she always is very nice and helpful greeting my 9 month old rat terrier/chihuahua mixed pup and myself with a smile and an excited hello to my puppy :aka: 🐼 PANDA who also greets her with her excited wiggle of her whole body😁😂 anywho when it's or turn to check out she is always asking to give Panda a free Slim Jim jerky stick free of charge which Miss Panda is always way more excited to eat it before we even check out...

Best drive thru in the Butler. Love the pre-window service. Especially when your air conditioner doesn't work. The manager keeps the ladies in queue. Very fast service if you don't have a knucklehead in front of you! and you like I know there are more than a few here in Butt- Lur hahaha...
