3.5 🌟 rating. Thank you. I received a call from shawn the owner. She said I should have called before posting a review. I did call and spoke with an employee. She simply said ok thank you. My phone ledger can validate the out going call. Shawn did send new flowers out. I wished I could attach pic's of both them. The new delivery was much appreciated. Especially on the 2nd busiest flower day. The roses are in bud form now. Less fillet flowers and greenery but 1 extra rose. Different colors but that's expected on a busy day like Mother's Day. Truly a genuine attempt to please the customer. and I do understand when it's a busy holiday. Just disappointed I am used to wonderful amazing beautiful flowers from this shop. And I've never had to write a review to get the owners attention. The owner can only do so much as she's 1 person..I will thank her for sending new flowers out and addressing the problem once I di a review. Yellow happens to be my favorite color. The filler yellow daisy's are decent some are not. But the pale Pink roses are in bud form.

Near DEAD and wilted roses with discoloration!!! I received my floral arrangement for mother's Day today. From the tilted tulip. We have always recommended and ordered in and out of state to the tilted tulip. We have also called in and many of our family and friends that send flowers from out of state will call them and tell them that they are wonderful with their arrangements and the flowers are absolutely fresh. Today was a very unfortunate day. I received my mother's Day flowers with four pink roses. Two of the four roses are completely opened and the petals are curling under and discoloring. The other two pink roses are three quarters of the way open. It's unfortunate because I very much highly recommended the tilted tulip. I myself owned partially a floral shop. So when you see the roses that are not in bud and they are already opened and curling that means it's near death. You may get two days at most out of these. The pedals will fall off probably starting tomorrow for somebody that doesn't know what they're doing. So I will take my flowers out of the green floral foam and place in vase. I will RINSE n RINSE well, cut ends of flowers, put ice, and ice chips in vase along with 1 cap of bleach!! Yes I said bleach. But the delivery floral arrangements will already have plant food so it MUST be rinsed well before putting a capful of bleach in a new vase with OUT the foam. I know the 2 busiest days for flowers are Valentine being #1 then Mother's Day #2 It is absolutely NOT possible on these 2 days to make each arrangement the day of delivery!! So most arrangements are made 1-2 days prior(usually 2) On top of the shop ordering the flowers early and in abundance keeping them in the cooler. But please be aware that a 🌹 should be in a bud so you can enjoy. This is heartbreaking what I got today. I also just got off life support, I was on a ventilator 2x few weeks back and I am healing from CPR compressions that fractured my ribs and sternum. I became a grandma for the very 1st time May 1st. So I have a lot to celebrate. I am ALIVE with my 1st Grandson!! It's a terrible shame that out USAF Son and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner wants me to send pics since they always order from this shop and they live out of State in Mississippi. I cannot do that until I go out and buy flowers that look beautiful. Highly disappointed this time...

They turned out beautifully and have helped me express my condolences in a time of need for my best friend. Your delivery driver really makes things so much better as she calls and make sure the flowers are delivered to the right place. I had the wrong address but she called to make sure the flowers were delivered to the correct address. I got the idea because I was delivered flowers just a few days earlier because of some losses I have had and they turned out beautifully and made me feel loved and special. The person that sent the flowers gave the wrong address and the delivery driver called me and went out of her way to bring them to the correct address so not once but twice she went out of her way to make sure we got our delivery. This company is fast and efficient with same day delivery, they had the flowers made in a couple of hours and they were at her door making her feel loved and thought of. The flowers smell amazing and the ones we received came in cute mugs that will be cherished years down the road. My daughter came to me nearly a month before prom to ask me to order her dates boutonniere for her. I had told her yes no problem, thinking I had plenty of time to order it before prom... I managed to forgot all about it TILL THE DAY BEFORE PROM! I called the flower shop that she said her friend we all ordering from, but they told me they couldn't help me. So I called THE TILTED TULIP SHOP, I explained my situation, asked if there was anyway she could help me? The lady I spoke to was more than helpful, took my order over the phone & told me that I could pick my order up the same day! This shop saved me from having to tell my daughter i didnt order her prom date's boutonniere. I highly recommend this shop! Thanks...
