The new woman that has currently been working at the window around the evenings has not been very good to us. The first time we encountered her we ordered our regular order. We were very specific about the items we wanted but she could not remember what we wanted, which is expected with someone new and first time working with a new person. We would say specifically the amount of a specific item and she still tried to change the amount when she repeated our order back to us. Again, not usually an issue with new people, but still concerning. The second time we dealt with this new woman, she gave us a completely different item than what we asked for. Another woman working was able to correct the issue so we went on with our business at that time. The third time we had interacted with this new woman in the drive through we tried to order things went a little better. Today the new woman was currently working the window around 3:00 April 15, 2025. I tried ordering and I didn't get past the first item on my order. She also didn't seem to be interested in listening to the rest of my order. The first thing I tried ordering wasn't available so I ordered another similar item but was still not done with my order. When I had to to order the other item I also injected an "and" but she refused to hear the rest of my order and instead said "$6.00". She continued to repeat the price although I wasn't done ordering. Here I have never had a problem like this with anyone there. She never even asked if that was all. Finally I decided it was best for us to just change our mind and leave. We have not had a positive experience with this new woman, I believe it has been at least 3 weeks. This store has been out #1 place to go to and we never usually had a problem with others who have helped us...

When's in yesterday Got two 20 lb bags of ice got home put them in my freezer I go to pull one out the whole side ripps ice everywere so I called and asked if i could get another bag vot put on hold waited waited I skated up there on my bored while on hold and the girl goes on sorry we got busy even tho there was nothing goong on anyways im asked again to the manager and she said there's nothing she can do if it happen there she could but we can't even break the bag inside the store like 99% of stores let u just sucks yeah its only ice but yeah its only ice i spent the last of my change to stay cool just think yall should check ur bags before u sell them I come there everyday well not anymore I kno im only one person but i loved that store till this lil bullshiz happened all i wanted was ice refunded so I can have cold drinks but yeah Kingman watch out check everything...

I don't know why all of a sudden. They stopped doing drinks to the window every other liquor store or any kind of gas station that has a window. So the drive through has always done drinks through the window. And now, all of a sudden, I don't know. I get back into town and they're not doing drinks for the window anymore. And they just are acting a little rude, and I mean, it's just hmm, not what I'm used to this from over there. I expect to be treated with the most upright respect when I go to that spot and spend my money there and when I have to park and get out of my car and go inside just to get a drink. It's ridiculous. I just leave and I go to a different place and I don't order...
