Holloman Outdoor Recreation — Local services in Four Corners States

Went in here a couple times over the summer to rent a birthday bounce house. Prices are fair but expect the bounce house to be dirty. Older woman at the counter seems annoyed/not very personable. Seems to take both her and the younger woman to tackle service requests (didn’t charge credit card correctly with the reservation fee) so expect things to move very slowly as expected with a comfortable Gov hourly wage mentality. The older man they have in the back to put the house in your vehicle was also rude and didn’t believe it would fit despite some very basic spacial reasoning/geometry. He had to deal with giving the previous guy the wrong trailer twice so the wait was a good 20 minutes. Not sure how they hire here but seems like a sweet government gig all around if the people working here aren’t already lifetime...

Was provided a camping trailer by some wonderful Friends after my home in Timberon burned if the Forest Fire of 2016. We were comfortable during our stay at the RV Facility on the base. Even though we are retired Army, we were treated extremely well. Thanks Holloman...
