Nail Fever & Spa — Local services in Four Corners States

I had an appointment at 11:30am. I was there at 11:25. I was seen on time and got my nails done. During the time I was getting a full set, a woman walked in and started demanding and acting quite rude to the staff making her seem like she was a priority over other customers. The tech who was doing my nails stopped working on me to work on her, I ended up waiting 45 mins until my full set was finished. I had also experienced racial bias at this salon. I am an african american young woman mind you. My tech kept saying that getting 2 full sets would be really expensive, asking or making sure I could even afford one. She kept implying that I was poor and didn't think I could afford anything. But as soon as the obnoxious older white woman walked in she was the main priority and got everything she wanted without being questioned or "harrassed" about if she could afford a pedicure. It was completely inappropriate and rude. I had asked for 2 full sets (hands and toes) and a manicure for my boyfriend. The lady I spoke with on the phone kept saying that's not what I asked for and said I wanted a pedicure and fill. Which is INCORRECT. I corrected her FOUR times saying I DID NOT want a pedicure. They still gave me a pedicure when I didn't want one and I said that. I ended up paying $190. I will not...

I’ve been going to this salon since I was a child and throughout their location changes. I now live in Seattle and come to visit Tucson every few months. Every time I come I have to come here! The manicures/ pedicures and customer service here blow the expensive bougie Seattle places out of the water! The first picture was a picture of my nails done for my wedding. Karen did such a thorough job and made sure I was happy every step of the way. The photo of me holding a pen was taken 2 weeks after my appointment. My nails lasted forever and were not thick or bubbly at all!

The second picture was taken today at the salon. My experience was once again SO pleasant and I left extremely happy! The salon is clean, friendly, they have tons of color options, and the people really take time to know you even as a non- local Tucsonan. I...

Let me start by saying, that before I found this salon, I was a regular client somewhere else for 10 years. However, I moved over to this side of town, was ready for change, so I called this salon to be seen for a pedicure. They got me right in and as a result I’ve been a regular here ever since. This salon is beautiful! It has such an incredibly warm and welcoming feeling. The salon is extremely well maintained. It’s pristine and immaculate! Karen and Alex are lovely people who strive to take the best care of their clients. Karen has helped repair the damage that had been previously done to my nails over the years, that I wasn’t even aware of and they’ve never looked better! I will never go anywhere else!
