I was blessed to find this office. After a disappointing several years trying to find a good doctor, I had almost lost hope. Located at the corner of Sunrise and Kolb. The staff was very helpful and kind. I met with Dr. Connel, who recently move out of state. She spent the time to listen to me. Provided referrals and medications. This is the first medical office in 5 years, I have finally felt heard and put first. The office staff are wonderful from the front staff, medical assistants to the doctors. I have made a new appointment to see Dr. Singh. She is replacing my last doctor which would usually stress me but I trust Banner Sunrise with my health. They have proven to be patient, helpful and go the extra mile for their patients. I have referred several family members and colleagues to them. Banner overbilled me for a surgery. My claim went through and 30 days later they never told me I overpaid nor issued a refund. I had to find out when I received an additional bill from the surgeon. I call Banner and they inform me of the credit on my account. They tell me it will be 30 days before it will be refunded to my card. It seems to be common practice that hospitals will not tell patients of credits on their accounts. Patients just have to hope they find out by reading their insurance claim statements and realize they are due a refund. Billing department is unhelpful, frustrating, and rude. The only way to dispute a payment that is already made is by sendng documents to a P.O. Box instead of just walking into the local hospital and hope they don't overlook it like they overlooked my $250...

I went in this morning for my appointment at 7am not knowing the office doesn’t open tell 8. With that being said I show up 15 minute early like asked in the text message. I’m waiting outside a lady comes out and says I will have some one check you in. 45 minutes later the rest of the staff shows up and asks if I have an appointment I say yes at 7 am been here since 6:45 waiting. It’s now 7:40 the lady says we don’t open tell 8 so you can’t have an appointment tell them. I show her the text from them she says that’s not my problem we don’t open tell 8.
