Bought some shipping supplies via Uhaul's website. Pick up was offered at Outpost. So I drive there rather than deal with the madness of COS. They couldn't find half my order, couldn't (or wouldn't) refund me, couldn't (or wouldn't) cancel my order. Gave me a number to call Uhaul so I had to do all the work. Turns out they gave me the number for Roadside assistance, not customer service.

Then wanted me to take half of the order from them and go try and get the rest from a place in Woodland Park or Colorado Springs. All the while making me feel like I inconvenienced them.
