I've been here a handful of times, most times I get greeted by an older gentleman with longer hair - super friendly and helpful. Today I went in to mail something, needed it sent ASAP. The bigger clerk with arm tattoos behind the counter was very little help, admonished me for grabbing the wrong envelope without providing any support or assistance, and spoke to me like I was a child. When I completed the tasks he gave me, I rang the bell for service. When he approached, I had further questions. He said "It isn't brain surgery" when struggled with the envelope for a split second. He then started telling me that my return address was incorrect, but offered no solution, just a bunch of griping about how it was incorrect. He kept repeating himself, telling me "I'm not arguing with you" when I said I get mail there all the time. I asked "Ok, so where do we go from here then" and he scoffed and said "I'm going to send it, I don't care". If you didn't care, why you making a fuss about the return address? I shared the box with a co-worker of mine till he left, when I left I tried to get my deposit back and they wouldn't pay me back. They said it was because my coworker was still on the box, he had already gone and only my mail was going to it. They wouldn't even mail him the money. They had both keys yet kept my money. They charged me for a roll of tape for sending one priority package in their own priority box. I've never had any other post office charge me for tape when sending priority mail.
