Beautiful Clubhouse, well equipped Gym & 1 large Pool, 1 smaller Pool & 1 Jacuzzi hot tub. Unfortunately, theres NO shaded areas around either pool. The amenities offered aren't exactly great but okay. However, I would NEVER have purchased our home had I known the pools would CLOSE at sundown‼️ Although we're CHARGED CDD TAX, KHov did NOT spend the extra money to provide the Clubhouse pool areas w/FL regulation LIGHTING‼️ Consequently, the pools in our 55+ Community CLOSE at SUNSET (are you kidding me?!)‼️ Many residents still work so in the winter they are ** outta luck if they'd like to swim or NEED aquatic exercise & do NOT want the extra expense OR the headaches of having their own pool. There's ALWAYS a question you NEVER think to...
