Staying with this place over all was one of the worst experiences I've ever been through, from day one this place was a non stop headache. For starters the lock to this home was broken so throughout our stay we had to leave the home unlocked with all of our belongings. The area surrounding the pool was a safety hazard with uneven brick spread everywhere resulting in many twisted ankles, falls, and scraped knees luckily nothing worse as we had young kids staying with us. There was black mold surrounding the air vent in the kitchen. The sheets were not cleaned properly, if at all resulting in one of the people staying in the home getting a very serious rash up their leg. We were given the run around for over a week with no help from anyone, no way to reach any one in charge, no help in resolving any of our issues as there are more than what I've stated. After a week in this place the AC stopped working, the house became unbearably hot as it was 90 degrees in Florida. Maintenance FINALLY showed up after 6 days to "clean" the vents, we soon discovered 4 of the air vents were infested with black mold. This black mold has caused 4 of us to get sick, 2 of us have bronchitis, 1 of us has a severe upper respiratory infection and i myself have pneumonia from breathing in the air. We had to leave the home 3 days earlier than originally planned. I ended up spending just shy of $1000 i was not intending to spend between a hotel and eating out cost since i no longer had access to a real kitchen. I also had to throw of hundreds of dollars worth of food since i had no where to store it at The hotel. If you're wondering we've ever received a response from this company the answer is no. We've gotten no compensation for any of the above issues. We have countless ignored emails and if i could give this place less than one stay i would. Please do not ever book with...

Poorly Renovated. Our deck by the pool was a complete safety hazard. House wasn’t cleaned upon arrival! No way they had time to make all those beds up being a clean family we washed sheets and blankets and brought additional being on the safe side especially during these times. Roaches liked to have carried us back out of the house praying nobody brought any back home in our luggage ! Trash people would not pick up trash we had to pile up our trash in bags and keep them outside by the pool ! 1 to keep the raccoons from scattering it and 2 because asked the garbage people to pick up the trash and they refuse accusing it to be ours keep in mind it was there when we arrived. Air conditioning upstairs was nonexistent! Coming back from those hot parks having to burn up upstairs at night after already being exhausted! Supposedly projection screen wouldn’t work kids had to depend on down stairs tv. Falsely charged for taking a lamp that was never there ! 10/10 would not recommend this place for your family and kids , definitely a place for people looking to party And leave the place in a mess for clean up crew that’s going to half a** clean up. When we left that house it was cleaned way better than it was when we arrived and definitely sanitized after our departure your welcome to the family after us ! Sink was messed up garbage disposal didn’t work dish water and scum just bagged up into the sink. Other than that no comment. Definitely owed some kind of compensation or something behind this stay ! Upon arriving, (air b&b booked)” Rhodes st” we got a long list of do not ask do’s bring your own pool towels, face clothes etc… they do provide all the dishes and utensils that you need cups, bowls, pots and pans, but the pans are very very cheap. We had to pay the additional fee to use the barbeque which is a gas barbeque however, they didn’t have barbeque utensils. No smoking no shoes in house and signs everywhere letting you know The house is massive. It was six bedrooms five baths. We paid 1700$ can for one week definitely worth it! spacious, we were going to go the more expensive ones but it definitely was not needed. The house had a hot tub and a pool in the backyard seats. Washer/dyer It was spacious for 10 person family a few downfalls were the walls were absolutely filthy. The house needs a sincere deep cleaning to be honest but on the surface of everything it was OK it works for us We wouldn’t be able to do anything since we’ve already paid. Everyone need it new paint job and the carpets were worn on the stairs they needed a wash….. internets OK but it gets a little bit sketchy if everybody’s on at the same time especially coming from a different country that doesn’t always support the Internet service in the area …… Disney world is a 25 minute drive max from here…. Major outlet mall about the same 25 minutes grocery store Walmart CVS all within 5 to 7 minutes. This particular area has a clubhouse which is nice pictures posted at the bottom.
