This place insults you in three ways: terrible service, mediocre food and mandatory 20% gratuity.
Service - Took 25 minutes in an empty restaurant to get drinks and we were never offered refills. Took another 45 minutes to get food since orders were entered incorrectly. Took another 15 minutes to just get the check and that was only after a different server asked if we needed anything. It's obvious that our server was never trained on how to "wait tables." The manager should be embarrassed.
Food - The food that did come out was embarrassingly bad...it obviously comes out of the microwave and the "chef" doesn't taste what they are cooking/heating up. I mean, nachos with cold cheese??? Really?! The "cilantro rice" was completely dry, had zero flavor and NO cilantro. When it was brought up to a staff member, they asked if I wanted a side of cilantro to mix in it! Ummm, no thanks.
Finally, you're forced to stomach a 20% gratuity. We normally tip 20% (even if the food isn't great), but not when the service was this bad.
A different member of the staff (not our server) was able to get our drinks comped, but that didn't make up for the terrible service or food. We would prefer to pay full price and get a quality experience. This place needs...

I recently visited this bar and had a very disappointing experience. When I approached the bar, I asked a bartender named Joyce if they had a drink that I saw on their flyer with alcohol and without having eye contact and being very short she reply no. I asked if margaritas were available. She responded briefly, without making eye contact again “yes” I then asked if she could make one for me, to which she again said yes, again short and with a disgusted face. However, she proceeded to ignore me entirely. She served and charged multiple other customers who arrived after me, while I was left waiting in-front of her. She just act like I was never there.
After being overlooked three times, another bartender named Adams kindly asked me if I had been helped. It was clear that Joyce had never placed my order, despite promptly charging every other customer she served.
I left feeling humiliated and mistreated. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was extremely disappointing. No customer should be made to feel invisible. Based on this experience, I do not believe Joyce represents the kind of service a bar should offer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses this...

My husband and I are on vacation, we had to deal with paperwork we were not intending to do and thought it was done until a company we worked with messed up so we had to redo part of it but we’re vacationing so we’re not familiar with the area 😕, BUT our waitress helped us find an area to screen copy the paperwork over to where we needed to send it to (another state because we’re on vacation) 🙂, our waitress Ashley was fantastic, helpful and nice, food was soo good as well as our drinks. I had the chicken Alfredo which was awesome, my husband had chicken tenders which may have been the best chicken tenders I’ve had ever, I had the alcohol free piña colada with strawberry smoothie, he had the alcohol free strawberry daquor I’m probably butchering it but it’s the last one out of the 3 alcohol free options, we don’t drink LOL.
