I'm a patron of the Watertown store and a huge fan of it so finally got the chance to check the Framingham location out. I was surprised that it's inexpensive since it's on Route 9. The place is fairly small but they crammed a lot in. That said, it's not overly packed like a hazard and everything is really easy to look through and in plain sight. They basically optimized the space they have to make full use of it without having to dig through stuff or feel like you're trapped. It's actually very clean and tidy, probably more than any other thrift store. It's organized in a similar fashion to Global Thrift, where there are many racks of clothes and the tops of the racks have shelves with household items. I was told they do returns one time another time I overheard a women returning something and then I go to return items that are to small and I’m told they don’t do returns.
