I have been going to Blochers for years. My Nan would take me when I was a little girl. Christmas was always special when a Blochers box was under the tree! The owner, Mary, and the staff always take time to answer questions for me and take their time when waiting on you. They are all very accommodating and knowledgeable about the items they have in their store. The selection in the store and online is absolutely amazing and very unique. They have a price range to fit any budget and they treat me like family. The store itself is gorgeous and the lighting is beautiful to truly show off the sparkles. Nikki was especially helpful to me this time and went out of her way to make sure that I was cared for and happy since a sizing adjustment had to occur with my purchase. If you have not gone to Blochers, you should...trust me, you will NOT be disappointed!! It’s a very memorable experience and you will be treated amazingly. Update to my previous review: I can’t articulate enough how amazing the people at Blochers are and the selection they have at the store and online. Mary and Nikki are incredible and through the entire pandemic they went above and beyond to keep the Blochers family in tune with everything going on through their “live” episodes; they even had guest speakers come and discuss their jewelry and the significance of their companies or certain stones. It was awesome and kept us going and in touch and it was greatly valued. Blocher Jewelers is a shining example of why we need to support small locally owned businesses with our hard-earned dollars. They provide outstanding service, have quality products in various price ranges, provide jobs for local residents, are easy to get to, stand behind their products, and keep dollars circulating in the local economy. I recently moved to this area; and my brother said there was a wonderful jewelry store near the Giant Eagle in Ellwood City where I’ve been buying organic produce. Not knowing what to expect, I stopped in to see if someone could fix my watch band and to look for a gold chain. I was greeted warmly, and the sales person listened carefully to why I was there and what I was looking for. She took the watch into the back room, and Mary brought it back with an action plan on how to fix it. We then talked about getting a gold chain in my price range. She said they didn’t have anything, but she would be glad to look for something on the internet and get back to me. She called me within a couple of days to tell me what she had found and to see if she should go ahead and order it. It sounded ideal, so I asked her to please go ahead. She called me when the watch was ready and then again when the chain came it. I am thrilled to be able to wear my favorite watch without being afraid of it falling off and equally thrilled to have a chain for my favorite pendant that was exactly what I was looking for in my price range. Their staff was knowledgeable, patient, and informative in answering all of my questions. Most importantly they gave me individual time and attention an catered the ring exactly how I wanted it.
