Really love this store… Cute outfits and decor even for your home. Prices are excellent. Some shoe sizes are unusual like narrow sizes so if u really look you may find something depending what they have on that day… I guess they buy other stores out. Be careful though, they are not at all that congenial about taking anything back so b absolutely sure you want what you get there… ofcourse like anywhere save your receipts, etc. for sure this is one place that is very strict about this… One time a cashier forgot to take the white plastic thing off a sweatshirt I purchased for a gift and I did not notice until I was ready to wrap it up as a gift. Ofcourse I could not get it off by myself, it would b a mess so I went to the store and the lady almost wasn’t going to return it because at that point I did not think I still had the receipt and I was upset about it because it was the holidays, luckily the receipt to my surprise was still in bag… so b careful with refunds…!!! She did not even except responsibility for leaving that plastic thing on and that sweatshirt was one of their more...

I went into this business to return some clothes that didn’t fit. I had my receipt, tags were still on the clothes, I had the card I used to purchase the items. All together there was 4 items. The lady looked at me when I told her I’d like to return the items with a crazy look on her face and she said ALL OF THIS? I was like yep all 4 items. She was so upset. Huffing and puffing that my 8 year old son noticed. When it was time for me to sign for my refund, I noticed there was a place for my home address and I asked her why that information was needed. She again was very rude with me. She told me “are you serious? You’ve never had to do that before?!? if you don’t want to write it down then just don’t” I told her that I was only asking a question. Very rude. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there. You are being paid to work....

Will not be getting any of my business nor receive any recommendations from me to anyone. Tried to keep an open mind after seeing the negative reviews about their customer service, but reviews proved to be spot on. Was never acknowledged while in the store for an hour, clearly purchasing clothes as my hands were full. I waited for 5 minutes to check out, sales associates just continued to walk around the store cleaning up for close (in an hour), including walking directly by me, but didn’t bother acknowledging me waiting to check out. 2...
