Hibachi Takeover — Local services in Franklin Township

I was very disappointed with the entire service, and to be honest the Chef messed up several times:

He did not bring any of the sauces He popped several balloons, and not everyone received balloons - (as shown on your website) he eventually gave up because they kept popping He barely did Saki shots for everyone, we had to ask The Kids wanted to do get involved in the show and he said No, only adults He didn’t get everyone involved with any of the entertainment It was his first time working with the company, and no one came to assist him He wasn’t entertaining like your videos show on your website / he didn’t try to put on a good show. We basically had to ask him to do stuff

The entire entertainment was horrible!!! When we go onto the website this is not the type of service we see.

We constantly had to guide him and ask him for things.

As I’m aware, he’s new, but he was not properly trained. The fact we paid for this type of service is beyond my imagination.

The graduation dinner...

This was the PERFECT celebration for us!!! We were celebrating my brother's 60th birthday and we needed something super fun, but my brother doesn't like large crowds or being the center of attention. He was terrified when he found out he was having a celebration at all, but Kevin knew exactly how to bring him out of his shell. Kevin never overstepped to the point of making anyone embarrassed but kept the party going and got us all a little out of our comfort zone! This will go down as one our our family's favorite memories together. Seriously--no matter who or what you are celebrating, these wonderful people can make magic happen. Sorry to say our experience was not as great as everyone on this site. Hibachi Takeover should know that you can't have a great party with 27 people and one chef. Impossible. I asked for another chef and they said no. The chef had no personality and the crowd had to wait a long time for food, which was very good. Hibachi Takeover you should know better than that that one chef cannot cook for so many people. Very disappointed. I asked if you had ginger and mustard sauce and bought special dishes for them and he had no sauce at all. Not the way to...
