Pink Lady — Local services in Franklin Township

Came here to post a bad review about this company but realized that we were actually scammed by a very DIFFERENT company/scammers using the same name operating out of Pier 36 selling tickets at the Staten Island ferry terminal. Do not buy tickets off the street! We purchased the $35 each tickets for this cruise because we were told it would be faster than taking the free Staten Island ferry. Not only did we have to pay extra for the shuttle (which was not disclosed when we bought the tickets) but when we were dropped off at Pier 36 there was a HUGE line up and the people at the front of the line said they had been waiting for an hour and a half! We were on our honeymoon and didn't want to waste time (who knows how much longer we would have to wait) so we abandoned the cruise without getting our money back. We had to catch a taxi to get back to the main port to take the Staten...

The Pink Lady, it's Captain and Crew are top notch. Our family celebrated my father's 85th Birthday and we were treated with nothing but great service and respect. With this cruise you get to see all the same sights as the larger midtown cruises, but without the hassle of dealing with Manhattan, and with a much more personal setting. Plus, you get the added bonus of viewing southern Brooklyn from people who grew up there.

I've seen some reviews here on google that are way off base. There is another freedom cruise ship that has nothing to do with this one. Make sure the review you are reading is about the ship out of Sheepshead Bay.

Recently threw my father a surprise 70th birthday aboard Freedom Cruise's dinner boat, The Pink Lady. From the first meeting with Tony, to communicating about plans, no detail was left unsaid. The crew was fantastic, attending to our every need, even helping out to decorate when we needed an extra hand. They went above and beyond to make sure the evening was perfect. The food was great, drinks were cold and of course the views were unbelievable. The boat was super clean, bathrooms were nice and DJ was fun! Would totally throw another party on the Pink Lady.
