The Estate Shoppe by Three R — Local services in Franklin Township

I was interested in having an estate sale. I asked an interior designer that I was working with if she knew of someone. She said her husband knew of someone. I called Kim. Honest conversation about what to expect. I had no timeline at that point. So, we decided to touch base every so often to update. Which we did, no problem. I then sold my house and needed to know from Kim what her timeline was to determine a settlement date. That’s when my problem began. I am alone and trying to pull all this off. I texted her at first to see what I should retain that would or wouldn’t sell. She responded once, then none. I stopped. Then my settlement date was determined, I put a call into her. Went to voicemail. It was brief, telling her that I had the dates to have the estate sale. A day later I never heard back. I called again and reiterated that I needed to know her timeline in order to set up my settlement date AND sign the contract. She texted me she got my call. Was away, off Monday and Tuesday with appointments and would call me “after “ No word Called her twice, vm Finally left a message that it was apparent that she didn’t want to have me as a client, so if she didn’t call me back in an hour and a half, I would look for someone else. Nothing I know people have stuff going on in their lives, don’t want to deal, are tired, etc. I was a nurse. But….. no one in a business that poses to help people should ever, ever, ever ignore people. It is really disrespectful. I hear she is very nice, but I can’t vouch for that. Updated 2/23/23 - I saw an item and didn't buy it... I messaged a few days later and showed pictures of the item. The girls there tracked down the owner and had them bring it back to the store so I could purchase it! I cannot say enough good things about this place! The staff is super friendly and so helpful. I visited with my child, who picked out a Christmas present.

I messaged them after I left and asked them to pull the item. They did, no questions asked, and sure enough when I went back the next day (today) it was right at the front...

Bought a book off of them July 1st,2019...agreed to ship if I paid shipping. Never sent book..won’t reply to any messages or refund my money. They read my messages but won’t respond. It is now July 19th and still nothing. Very unprofessional and frustrating. They have been reported. Update..finally contacted me and refunded my money and apologized.
