New Jade Garden — Restaurant in Franklin Township

Not gonna lie—this review isn’t from a recent visit, but a visit back in 2020. My boyfriend and I ordered a few platters and went to pick up—why was there a lady changing a diaper on the counter near the food? Yea, we didn’t know why either! Lol vowed to never visit again!

We joke about it every time we ride by! So much that now the experience is long gone—the other day my now fiancé was like, “and there’s poop garden - you know what I wonder if that baby helps the mom out now? Gotta be like 5 or 6 by now” LOL!

Here I go looking for some food egg rolls other than BFIT on Landis—and there are reviews about the children helping out so I just had to share!!!

We couldn’t bring ourselves to eat the general tap chicken platters (although they looked so tasty!) and also never said anything—I’m going to try them again and write and update on the actual food! That first experience just made a not so wholesome...

This is twice they tried to over charge me..Last time thought it was a mistake but this time I looked it up online..And conveniently they have a menu they say is false and not theres..But is named after them saying same spot..So apparently only good menu you can get is inside store..so what's point of delivery..endless getting ripped off..And as you see they dont answer reviews so again custmer dont matter..js..So go there if you please but expect to pay more then excepted unless you get ripped of at least once to get menu..Good day and happy eating..fyi eating somewhere esle..Get your menu and hold onto it at least then you can try to hold them to...

Haven't been here in 7 almost 8 years and the food is definitely worth it. This is still a family owned and run establishment where food is made fresh Every time. The owners/ staff that was in today was very helpful and willing to answer any questions we had with no issues in communication. With only 2 people at dinner time they were quick and efficiently running everything from cooking, Taking phone orders, watching for walk-in customers and very clean and organized! Today's meal was most definitely the best Chinese we've had in years and my GT chicken was finally...
