Carollos Deli — Restaurant in Franklin Township

My husband and I have always gotten our subs there. Last week I called to place a order and girl answered and said please hold, I said sure. After 5 minutes I decided to go there with phone still on hold, walked in and nobody behind counter until girl came from isle, was sweeping floor. I held phone up and said still on hold, by then was almost 15 minutes.i asked if will be compensated for her ignoring the phone and she got manager, while waiting i placed my order, manager came out who said no. Then tell me out of the sub i ordered. Manager didn't care about phone being ignored or my coming in still on hold. We order from the deli a lot. The meats are good but expensiv just like everything you order from the menu or eat in. They have fresh rolls which are usually gone before dinner time.
