Avanti Nail Spa — Local services in Franklin

I recently moved to the area a few months ago and had been looking for a new nail salon since I moved here. The first time I came, I got a gel pedicure and a SNS dip on my fingernails. After about a week and a half, the SNS dipped nails started chipping and cracking, as the young lady Tiffany who did my nails did them too thin. The second time I came, the lady (Kim) who did my nails filed too hard with the machine and my a few of my fingers were sore (around the nailbed) and a few of my nails were crooked afterwards. I didn’t say anything either time. I never complained. Today, for some reason, I came back. Even though these past 2 times I wasn’t impressed by their work. Today when I got my SNS dip, Kim filed too hard again and the nailbed around one of my fingers started bleeding. After quickly paying when she finished and after receiving something from the manager to stop the bleeding, I decided that when I walked out the door this time, I will not be back here. I guess I wanted to try to continue to support them because they are so nice, they are close to the house, and they are very accommodating to fit you in even when you don’t have an appointment. I get that people make mistakes, and nothing was done intentionally, but after multiple times coming here and multiple mistakes being made, I will be taking my business elsewhere...

I have gone to Avani Nails for 15 years. This is the 3rd time going to Avanti since the new owners have taken over, they are very unprofessional and disrespectful. I had my daughters bridal party of 10 get manicures and pedicures and the only nails that were not ruined were the ones who got gel/dip. We were there for 2 hours and the girls nails never dried while there and still were not dry several hours later.The polish was cracking, it was so bad several of the girls went to the store after rehearsal and purchased fake nails. These new owners take no responsibility for anything and even laughed at me at one point while explaining that I just spent over 700.00 in their business, what a waste of money and there was no apology from the owner. Came here while visiting Nashville with my girls. Thought to get pedis. Wrong place to come. Was very rushed. They painted my nails and I wanted another layer and she kept telling me I need to leave the pedicure chair and go sit on a normal chair and then add another color layer AND top coat because they needed my chair for someone else. While my girlfriends were left on the pedicure chairs… I was rushed, Disrespected and she even raised her voice at me and told me I have to move. Of course I did and then she proceeded to try and take my payment before my nails were even done and I told her I’m not paying yet. I’m not done. She was very upset and vocal about it.
