Byrna Nashville | Corporate Retail Store — Local services in Franklin

Drove up from Houston, TX to attend a conference in Chattanooga and my Byrna owning friend said there was a store in Franklin, TN maybe we could check it out. So here we are at the Byrna store being assisted by Jacob. First thing we did was go check out the three models, SD, CL and LE. Since I’m not a gun owner (yet) and wanted some protection for home and travel (from Alaska bears!) I opted to shoot the CL. Very cool. The grip fit my hand well but I decided to purchase an extension magazine as well. Why not? I got a black CL with an orange hand grip, to better tell our byrna’s apart. She bought one too. Then Jacob attached a green laser to my CL. Added a box of CO2 canisters and .61Cal kinetics. Last thing I want to say is how helpful Jacob was. Very patient and professional. Great store with lots of gear to check out....

I brought my daughter and my LE so I could compare it to the new CL and let my daughter try both as well. One problem, one of my pellets leaked awhile ago and I thought I cleared it all out... well she started shooting and we a started coughing. Jacob was such a gentleman, he took my gun and thoroughly cleaned out any reside dust left. He even exchanged magazines so I wouldn't have any chance of a repeat on the powder and he coached me how to best stack the pellets. What a great guy, and he knew I wasn't buying anything today, yet he gave impeccable service. You can bet I'll buy at least 2 of the CL's from Jacob... they really are smaller and lighter but still...

Purchased the compact. Sales guy was decent with demo try before you buy. He has potential as a good salesperson, but I had to put almost all info out of him. I left with the large target, $120 and still do t know if it comes with directions to put back into the storage sleeve.
