Chai Samosa — Restaurant in Franklin

This is the worst restaurant service I am ever experienced.

Ordered food at 6:40 PM and it says it will be ready by 20 mins. Went to get my order at 7:07 PM but then they said take the receipt to new store, (we forget to pass the receipt to new store) they recently opened just for Dine in.

Even after going there, just one server is preparing food for all people sitting there and he seems confused and frustrated as everyone was standing on his head asking for there order to prepare first, people are asking refund and he is just asking them to wait (I am feeling really bad for him).

I also tried to cancel my order but the server keep on requesting to wait, so finally got my food at 7:30 PM, but again I was not at all satisfied with the quality and taste of it.

It feels like a mess and quality was very bad with no hygiene was being maintained.

I have been their customer for years, but now a days I started feeling they are doing monopoly now, increasing price and reducing quality daily, just keep on opening/adding news items with no proper management.

Will request the management to keep an eye on this and try to improve the quality and...

They prepare excellent indian sweets and variety of other indian dishes. And as these are made live here in their own kitchen that makes all those more fresh compared to any frozen stuff ... Like jalebi, imerti, doda burfi, rashgulla, gulabjamun, kaju katli, halwa, laddoos, milkcake, kaju roll, rava laddoos, samosa, pakoda, samosa Chaat, chole bhature and many others... A must try,... They have well hygiene counter to display them in store as well.. so you can pick and choose .. or window shopping of you are on diet 😜 .. apple pay and other card payments are available...

We’ve consistently had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant—especially at the food counter where orders are taken. On one occasion, we were given the wrong order, and when we brought it to their attention, the staff responded in an extremely impolite and irritated manner, both in tone and facial expression. This kind of behavior is disrespectful and unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing environment.

Additionally, when we tried to place a phone order and mentioned we would be paying by cash, we were abruptly told to use the website instead. The staff member responded with clear irritation, saying they were too busy to take phone orders. This raises the question: Why answer the phone at all if the intention is to dismiss the customer rudely? Such an attitude reflects poorly on the business and shows a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction.

Customer service should be the foundation of any restaurant experience, and unfortunately, this place continues...
