Update: The owner reached out to me to make it right. I was told I'd get my product and that I'd be refunded (I wasn't concerned about the refund if I got the items). I received my items and they weren't what I ordered. One was on the wrong size and the other didn't have any names on the sleeves as it was supposed to. I reached out and asked for a refund because I was very disappointed with the product not being what it was supposed to be. I was given a refund but without any communication on the end of the owner. I know that there has been a lot going on with opening a storefront and I give grace for that. But after 3 months, I feel I should at least have at least received the correct product. I am giving a second star because I know they have good products but I'm just so disappointed.
I ordered 2 custom embroidered sweatshirts in one order from this company along with another order of 8 other items all before Thanksgiving. I received a couple of shirts from the first shipment (the one with 8 items) very quickly. I reached out to the owner and just wanted to make sure that the other items would be coming as well. She assured me that she just wanted to make sure that the Thanksgiving sweatshirt that I had got to me on time and that the others would ship out shortly. I thanked her as I thought that was a super nice gesture to make sure it was shipped with enough time for Thanksgiving even though I knew there was a chance I wouldn't get it before then. After that, I got another tracking number that listed 2 items but I assumed that would have the remaining items from my christmas order and my embroidered sweatshirts. After a week or two of not getting it (I tried to allow for time because around the holidays I know usps can get backed up) I reached out that I had not gotten my holiday order or my sweatshirt order and that I understand things happen but that I would like an update of possible. I never heard back from the email or message I sent, but within a day I recieved a new tracking number. Then a day later a second one. I did recieve the remaining 5 items from my first order with 8 items but not the embroidered sweatshirts. I still waited until after the holiday and reached out again expressing my disappointment and how I understand things happen and that I hoped things were OK but that I'd really like an update since I never hear anything back. I sent an email and a message. I still haven't heard anything and that was around the new year. I never received a refund or the items. Another customer reached out to me to see if they ever made it right as they have not sent her order and no response. So disappointed. Update: I am changing my review as the company has reached out finally and even after refunding my money they are going to resend my order. Apparently there was mixed communication and they did not realize I had not been responded to. I have changed my rating to 4 stars. Things happen and I can be understanding and reasonable. Hopefully this was a lesson learned for them and I hope they continue to thrive and grow. I’m giving 2 stars because in the past service and turn around has been excellent. I placed an order November 19th. I received a shipping notification December 9th. By December 20th it had not arrived and it still said preparing to ship so I messaged the owner. 3 days later they said they would check into it and get back to me. After not getting a response I messaged again and asked for an update. No response. 3 days later asked for an update and again no response. I asked for a refund no response.
