ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I'VE HAD TWO INCORRECT ORDERS FROM THIS COMPANY. BOTH ORDERS THE OWNER TOOK ZERO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROBLEM. SHE WAS NOT CONCERNED TO HELP HER CUSTOMER. SHE WAS ANNOYED AND DEFENSIVE TO THE SITUATION. MY HUSBAND SPENT 100 DOLLARS FOR ROSES AND LILLIY'S. I RECEIVED A CHEAP MIXED ARRANGEMENT. THE SECOND TIME I RECEIVED AMD ORDER FROM A GOOD FRIEND. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE PINK ROSES WITH WHITE LILLIYS. AGAIN!!!!! I RECEIVED A CHEAP MIXED ARRANGEMENT. SHE DID NOT CARE ABOUT EITHER SITUATION. NO ACCOUNTABILITY.    Read moreI live in another state and when I saw these awful reviews I was reluctant to use Kilby's. I grew up outside of Franklin and they were the cat's meow then. Generally you associate good customer service with small towns, but things change. When businesses get a reputation for being rude and arrogant to customers it hurts the reputation of the whole town.
