Regarding the "Greek Festival", I honestly don't know if it was because of it being the last day at 3 pm and it was raining, but the food was overcooked, cold, tough and soggy. Definitely not worth the trip. No music, no atmosphere. We walked into a large cafeteria, no music, no ambience, not even a welcome. I have been to numerous Greek festivals over the course of my life and this by far way the biggest disappointment. They finally started playing some old Parios music in the background very low, but it felt as if you were infringing on a private get together. The galaktoboureko was stiff, spanakopita soggy, souvlaki way way overcooked. I have missed being at my Greek festivals since I moved here and when I heard about this one we were all so excited.. but.. will never return. So sad. I have seen reviews of people saying the food was incredible and I wonder where they went.. because it was most certainly not where we did. I might as well have cooked and played music at home.
