Would have gave this place 1 stars all around if it wasn’t for the employee who actually came up to me and asked if I needed help. Fo through the drive through the gentlemen takes my order go to window and pay. I get my card back he hands me my drink then shortly after that my food in approximately all together 3-4 minutes, I drive off check my food sandwich is missing bacon go back explain to employee outside taking food to cars, he takes it in explains to lead comes back out and they ask for receipt(really). I explained I threw it in trash on premises but if that serious I can go pull it out. He goes back in and says hey said don’t worry about it. Looking through the window and can see there is no effort to make my again which all They had to do was give me the bacon or put it on the same burger: 7 minutes later the one employee who help me comes out and am says they making it fresh which I can see from the window they haven’t got to it. Finally after about 3 minutes he comes out with it just for me to receive once I opened it a soggy bun like the cook was mad and sat it in the build up grease and I might as well keep the other burger after that because the bacon was no existent an d at least my burger wasn’t soggy and to top It off I wasn’t offered any fresh fries knowing that ai had been waiting on them to bring me my new burger so of course they was cold now. Read moreI went to sonic in Fredericksburg off of plank rd coming an hour away for business. I had a very simple order; cheeseburger meal with cherry limeade for myself and cheddar peppers and a milk shake for my boyfriend. We got there about 7pm and did not receive my food until 742. I had an appointment to make it to and did not have time to eat or check my food before leaving. Shortly after leaving I pulled my fries out and they were completely cold. Cheddar peppers, large order....cold. The milkshake my boyfriend ordered was a tea 🙄 I then called sonic and asked to speak to a manager to which the young man on the phone said he was the manager. All he told me was that I could come back and they would remake my food. I stated I couldn't comeback as I had somewhere to be and without saying a word passed the phone on to a woman. She stated she was a manager as well and took my name and number down and said a GM would call me in the morning. Absolutely horrible service and I would be shocked if my info even really makes it to the gm. I was very excited for sonic as I don't have one close to me. Was a very disappointing experience. Read moreYou guys I never leave bad reviews but twice now I have been to Sonic to treat my kids to ice cream. Both times required a manager after waiting 25 minutes. The first time we went it never even showed our order on the screen and I kept telling the people it wasn't there. The manager finally came out. It was a young gentleman probably 17 or 18 that was like yeah sorry what do you want..... Tonight I ordered 2 shakes and mozzarella sticks and the new fried pickles. It showed on the screen that an employee was on the way with my food. I waited and waited and waited and nothing. I hit the button and they said sorry they were understaffed. I then watch a gentleman come up and walk into Sonic and start screaming. I was like kids I bet that's our order. They set it on the counter and made him leave. A guy came out and talked to him and the other customer was clearly frustrated. I waited again and a new order popped up on my screen. I hit the button and asked for a manager.
