Sometimes i shop here For a convenience because they are in town and it saves me time from driving all the way to another store. I absolutely dread coming to this store. The only thing it has going for it is in town. Walking into this store makes me cringe, just knowing I will have to encounter with the very rude older ladies that work here. They act very entitled, like they own the store. They talk to the younger kids that work there like they are slaves. There’s a lady that I’ve seen work in the bakery a few times, she has short brown hair and is late 50s it looks like. She is absolutely the rudest person I have met. There’s also another older lady that looks to be in her 60s also with short brown hair that mainly works behind the customer service counter that talks to customers like she owns the place and they are stupid. If they had better customer service I was consider shopping here more often, but as long as those very rude employees work there they will be...

I stopped in after work tonight, grabbed a bottle of wine and a few other things. Jim, the "closest thing to a manager" they have at the store tonight made a big impression..a very bad one. After both of the kids at the register let him know that they needed him to scan my wine, he continued to chat with an old couple who were leaving the store. I wonder why he thought it was more important to chat them up than to help the cashier, who apologized several times for Jim's behavior, to get me checked out? I waited more than five minutes...just standing there waiting for him to stop talking. Then, as the couple started to walk away, he started talking to the lady again. I am beyond pissed. I don't know that I will continue...

This is me being a positive human being. If you have issues with services/products, you need to problem solve before you announce your opinion on a social media site. One choice might be to talk to the owners. In addition, there are options for your financial needs. Life is no longer a one stop avenue. I have been shopping at this grocery store for several years and do not live in the community. Not once have I encountered a disgruntled individual of any age. Even the vendors stocking shelves are helpful.
