Just tried to shop there. We walked in and the employees were wearing their masks wrong! Everyone were exposing their noses so what's the point. A gentleman, assuming the owner/manager, told us we needed to be wearing masks if we were going shop we needed masks on . I would have been more than happy to have gone to my car to get a mask had his employees been wearing their's correctly and if he had also been wearing a mask. His mask was dangling from his ear exposing his face. I really wanted to point all of that out to him but instead I was nice and We left...

They play the “which price tag is applicable” game. The price tags are confusing and for multiple products. And then there is the stuff being the counter. Where are the price tags? IDK. It took an employee 10 minutes to explain the process to me after she disappears for 8 minutes. I honestly thought she went to serve other customers until I saw her come back out from the curtain.

And if the professionalism wasn’t enough... NO MASKS ON EMPLOYEES.

I’ll go back to buying liquor in Angleton or Pearland. Freeport seems to be the easy way thy catch COVID...

Sucked. I'm a disabled vet and use the drive by window as it's hard for me to get inside. Well called this morning and asked if the window was going to open and she said she was the only one there. Went inside with much trouble and there's two people behind the corner and no customers. Had to ask to be waited on and she acted like I was bothering her. This was today, 9/12/2023.
