Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Freeport

We always buy pizza from here, and usually the service is good and pizza is really good.

But today I don’t know what happened my husband place the order for two stuffed crust pizza and wings at 2:45 and it was almost 3:30 when someone finally decides to let him know his order was not ready and when he finally gets it the boxes are all greasy and the pizza it’s not even cut and the crust is all deflated because whatever they put as cheese was like powder looking, it was gross.

When I asked my husband if he asked for a special cheese or something he said no, he said he could not have even if he wanted to because the two young ladies that where there one of them came to the desk kept looking at her phone and went to the back then that’s when the other one said his order was not ready while the other girl was still texting on her phone the whole time.

I would like to think that it was a rookie mistake because the girl was new but I don’t know, needles to say we ended up throwing away most of the pizza it tasted different and I was afraid the cheese they had...

Food is never ready when it should be. I’ve come here several times for the lunch combo during peak lunch hour (11 AM - noon) and their only lunch special is never available.

Today I pulled up to the drive through speaker and sat for 2 minutes before accepting that no one was going to acknowledge me. I then proceeded up to the window and sat for another two minutes with no luck before going inside. Employee said she is the only one here and drive through speaker does not work. No signs on either the window or speaker stating this or that you have to come inside to order. There also wasn’t a single pizza hot and ready to be purchased in the case either. Once again, lunch combo isn’t ready and has be cooked start to finish during peak lunch hour. 16 minutes after I first arrived, I finally got my pizza. Unbelievable. Never...

I've had pizza from this location a few time for the past few years, and I’ve noticed this location’s undying desire to cut cost as much as possible. Their hot and ready pizza look and taste like they've been prepared a week in advance, and seem to be reheated to order.

For the past few months, I've noticed that this location prepares each pizza with almost no ingredients; barely any sauce or cheese, with each slice containing 2 to 3 1/2 inches of just crust.

I would recommend the location in Lake Jackson near WalMart (about 8 to 10 minutes from this location); I did just this, and it was a...
