Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Freeport

I’m giving you one star because there is not a zero star rating and here’s why: In the last 3 weeks we have been to Sonic twice because the last time I was there they overlooked my order which was for drinks only and when I pushed the button to find out where my order was I was told it was on the way out to me which was actually a lie. It still took another 4 to 5 minutes before I got it. But I thought I would try again because the foot-long coneys were on special so I ordered 3 (basic, nothing special), a shake and a soda. I watched as they carhop brought out three orders before mine which was fine and they did have coneys on them. I waited 14 minutes and then I pushed the button. I was told I was in the wrong stall. the screen did not light up so there was no way to see the stall number; however, it was the first stall so I assumed I was in stall #1. I then said that I never saw anyone come out with my order and look around as they’re looking for me. At that time she told me they had ran out of chili and were heating some up. I did get my food about 3 to 4 minutes later. I went home which was about a 2 minute drive. The coneys were cold, there was very very little chili, and the cheese was not the shredded cheese. The shake was melted because it had been sitting for so long. SERIOUSLY!!!!!lWhy didn’t they call me???? Why didn’t they come out and look for me??? I will not go back to that Sonic again!...

Just go somewhere else. It's not worth it.

I showed up 2 hours before closing (there were 2 cars parked for food). Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes, said "hello" a few times while I was waiting and decided to drive up to the window. Sat at the window for 5 minutes watching some dude on his phone while the other one saw to the people outside. Finally the one working takes the order of the car behind me first then comes to the window. I said "hey, sorry I drove up because I wasn't sure if your speaker was broken, I'd been waiting-" he cuts me off and asked what I needed. I ordered a sonic blast and an order of mozzarella sticks. He told me "we stopped serving icecream for the evening and while I was trying to ask about the mozzarella sticks he said "have a good night" and closed the window.

I've been here 3 other times And it's always something.

1.The first time the speaker was broken Super rude girl was mad because I asked what something in the menu was and I guess she felt like I should just know. 3.I got my food and it was cold and they let me know they won't be making anything fresh because it was late (this was at like 830 pm)

Me and my girlfriend had to sit in our vehicle and wait for the cops to watch the servalance cameras because the car hop clamed my girlfriend was there 30 minutes earlier with an older man and that she had given her a fake 100$ bill witch cant be possible because she has been with me every day all day for the past week .and then she said that the 50$ bill I used to pay for our food was the same 50$ bill she gave back to my girlfriend (who was never there ) earlier... to me it seems like she tried to pin her mistake on my girlfriend so that she didn't have to pay for it..... we don't even really like this sonic cause they never seem to get any orders right ,the food seems to always be cold ,and pretty much all of the employees are rude and have no manners.. this sonic is just all around horrible and dose nothing but make the sonic food chain look bad from now on I'm going to drive right past this sonic and go to the...
